KaiYa Villas in Paros is located on the top of the hill on the north side of Parikia and is close to the Sanctuary of Apollo Delion.

The 5 luxurious villas, ranging from 1 to 3 bedrooms, offer an authentic Cycladic style combined with an artistic cosmopolitan feel. The villas are built on an area of 8,500 sq m, which is surrounded by more than 350 trees, aromatic herbs and flowers.
